Meet Our President
Mrs. Denise Arredondo has been in the Property Management and Real Estate Industry for 30+ years. Denise has been in numerous positions and is responsible for properties valuing over $50 Million. After working as a regional supervisor for JLE Property Management for over 20 years, her hard work finally paid off.
Denise is now the sole owner and President of JLE Property Management. Denise currently manages over 900 units consisting of 143 buildings throughout Orange County and Southern California.

- CAM instructor
- Board of Directors for AAOC Apartment Association of Orange County
- Past Member of the Board of Directors and Officer/Secretary for the Apartment Association California Southern Cities (AACSC)
- Ambassador for Breast Cancer Patients at Hoag Hospital
- A recipient of numerous awards, with her proudest being the Industry Award of Excellence presented to her in 2014
In her free time, Denise enjoys, reading, traveling, and walking on the beaches of Maui with Robert, her husband of over 42 years. She has three grown children, Jason, Wesley, and Destiny along with her 10+ grandchildren.
